Responsibilities
• Developing partnerships: sourcing and attracting new partners in the iGaming verticals, as well as strengthening existing relationships to achieve optimal collaboration terms;
• Working with offers/deals and CRM systems: maintaining and updating the offer database, automating CRM processes to meet team needs;
• Collaborating with media buying teams: forming and testing hypotheses to increase traffic, monitoring traffic quality and volume, and tracking team performance;
• Market analysis and research: identifying promising markets, analyzing competitors, studying their sales funnels, and developing new efficient processes.
Requirements
• Experience in the iGaming vertical (affiliate / media buying / product) in roles such as BizDev / Affiliate Manager / Sales Manager;
• Basic understanding of the market;
• Technical knowledge of core principles in PPC, ASO, and Facebook within iGaming, as well as ability to understand and use analytics to drive margin growth;
• Proven negotiation experience with advertisers/webmasters (increasing budgets/traffic volumes, managing objections, etc.), and ability to work with various advertiser platforms;
• A personal advertiser database in the CPA niche is a plus;
• Strong English skills are a plus.
