Responsibilities
• Building the sales department from scratch: strategy, structure, hiring, and team motivation;
• Setting up and optimizing the sales funnel;
• Developing and implementing scripts and KPIs for team members;
• Working with Chatterfy: setup, management, lead analytics, AI configuration;
• Close collaboration with the media buying and content teams;
• Scaling the team and expanding into new regions;
• Mentoring, training, and developing sales managers.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as Head of Sales / Sales Lead;
• Experience in Crypto or iGaming industries is required;
• Proven success in building a sales department from scratch;
• Knowledge of sales funnels and script writing;
• Confident use of CRM and chat tools (including Chatterfy);
• Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset;
• Leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team.
