Responsibilities
• Managing the Facebook team;
• Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns for the Gambling vertical;
• Strategic planning of traffic acquisition (budgets, KPIs, tests);
• Performance analysis, scaling, A/B testing of creatives and approaches;
• Hiring, training and development of the team;
• Interfacing with creative and analytics team;
• Maintain reporting on key metrics: ROI, CPA, etc.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in media buying (Facebook) in the Gambling vertical;
• Experience managing a team — from hiring to performance evaluation;
• Strong analytical skills: understanding and interpreting metrics, building reports;
• Knowledge of anti-detect tools, farming, warming up, working with offers and trackers;
• Experience working with creatives: briefing, testing, analysis;
• Systematic mindset, proactivity, and ability to scale solutions.
